DUBL KOTE^® is a foam tape coated on two sides with our extremely aggressive rubber-based adhesive used for joining various types of surfaces, including corrugated, chipboard and wood as well as low surface energy plastics, powder coated materials and many UV coatings. The foam carrier is flexible and conformable for filling spaces and joining irregular surfaces. There are a variety of adhesive systems available to meet your requirements. DUBL KOTE^® is available in lengths up to 1,500 feet. Long length rolls are ideal for improving the efficiency of automatic applications.

Applications:
Wire management systems, plastic extrusions, shower and tub surrounds, nameplates, signage, and P-O-P displays. The product should be tested in the application before use.

Tips:
1. Use a roller when applying DUBL KOTE^® on long runs to ensure a smooth, even application.
2. Firm pressure across the entire surface improves the bond of the adhesive.
3. Use 1,500 ft. rolls for in-line application.

Product:
Cross-linked, closed-cell polyolefin foam in white or black with thicknesses of 1/32", 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4"

Adhesive:
Rubber-based on both sides (not recommended for applications with direct UV exposure)
Acrylic-based both sides (resistant to UV and plasticizers; requires 24 to 48 hours to reach a full bond)
Rubber-based one side, acrylic-based on second side

Release Liner:
Silicone coated paper or film, straight cut or with overhang liner (OHL) on one side

Application Temperature:
65° F to 100° F

Service Temperature:
Rubber-based adhesive -20°F to 150°F
Acrylic-based adhesive -20°F to 175°F

Rule of Thumb:
1 lb. per 1 in.² of tape (Conditions and variables in applications can produce different stresses and affect holding power.)

Shelf Life:
1-2 years @72°F and 50% R.H. when stored in a closed container.

Sizes:
Continuous length rolls available 1/32" to 1/4" thick in widths from 1/4" to 58 on a 3" ID core.
