Twin Stick^® goes THICK to bring dimension to your displays and signage. An extension of the popular Twin Stick^®, THICK TWIN STICK^® is double adhesive foam up to 2" thick used to create a 3-D effect. It has our extremely aggressive rubber based adhesive for bonding various surfaces including corrugated, chipboard and wood as well as difficult to bond surfaces such as low surface energy plastics, powder coated materials and many UV coatings.

Applications:
Permanent and temporary displays, or signs at point-of-purchase. The product should be tested in the application before use.

Tips:
Use black Thick Twin Stick^® on dark backgrounds.

Product:
Cross-linked, closed-cell polyolefin foam in white or black with thicknesses of 1/2" to 2"

Adhesive:
Rubber-based both sides (not recommended in applications with direct UV exposure)
Acrylic-based both sides (resistant to UV and plasticizers; requires 24 to 48 hours to reach a full bond)
Removable adhesive available by request.

Release Liner:
Silicone coated paper

Application Temperature:
65° F to 100° F.

Service Temperature:
Rubber-based adhesive -20°F to 150°F.
Acrylic-based adhesive -20°F to 175°F.

Rule of Thumb:
Thick TWIN STICK^® is intended for lightweight applications or filling gaps

Shelf Life:
1-2 years @72°F and 50% R.H. when stored in a closed container.
